All items are handmade so if purchasing an item where I’ve made multiples, design may vary slightly. Please ask for more pictures of your item if you are unsure!
SHIPPING
Once the item has been dropped off with the post office I am not responsible for damages during shipping, lost or stolen products, or shipping delays. If an item arrives to you in poor condition please feel free to reach out to see if we can fix it for you if possible. If an item is sent back to me due to incorrect mailing address given by you, I will ask that you re pay the shipping fee before I send it back to you.
CUSTOMS
Please allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks for customs unless told otherwise by myself. A 50% non refundable deposit is required when ordering custom made items. This deposit will be requested once we have agreed on what you want & you have approved the mock up design. If you back out of the custom the deposit will not be returned to you. The rest of the money is due upon completion and I will keep you as updated as possible through out the crafting process.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
I don't accept returns or issue refunds. Please be sure you want the product you are purchasing before doing so.
REVIEWS
Reviews on my shop are always encouraged, however if you feel dissatisfied with your service/product please be sure to contact me first as I will try my hardest to fix whatever issue arises and come to a resolution.
